He gave us some great advice, was not the slightest bit pushy, and was quick to help get what we needed out of the many inspectors involved. On the selling side: We had a bidding war! It was exciting and daunting but Peter helped us get and choose the best offer. He guided us through every step of the process including hiring an incredible photographer to get buyers in the door.
